Here is what you will learn over the first 4 weeks.

WEEK 1:

Getting Started

Step into class and learn the basics! This week focuses on fundamental stances, footwork, and essential strikes. You’ll also build strength and flexibility through dynamic workouts designed to set the stage for your martial arts journey.

WEEK 2:

Confidence & Coordination

Sharpen your balance, timing, and coordination while building self-assurance. You’ll refine your techniques, practice controlled movements, and gain confidence with each session, preparing you for more advanced drills.

WEEK 3:
Technique & Control

This week, power meets precision. You’ll develop better control over your strikes, improve reaction time, and start light partner drills. Focus on accuracy and efficiency while learning how to move with intent and skill.

WEEK 4:
Integration & Application

Put it all together by applying what you've learned in dynamic combinations. You’ll work on integrating stances, strikes, and movement patterns into smooth, practical sequences for real-world use.

By the end of the first four weeks, you will have a stronger sense of confidence, improved coordination, and essential life skills-all while having fun!

As soon as you arrive, our friendly instructors will greet you and help you feel comfortable. We take time to introduce you to the class, ensuring that you feel at ease before jumping into the action!

Dynamic & Practical Martial Arts Training

Your trial lesson is an exciting introduction to martial arts, featuring practical self-defence drills, strength-building exercises, and fundamental techniques. You'll work at your own pace in a supportive environment while improving fitness, coordination, and confidence - all while having fun!

What to Bring With You

For the trial lesson, you should wear comfortable clothing that you can move in (e.g., t-shirt and joggers) and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

By the end of the trial, you’ll experience how our classes can boost your confidence, improve focus and discipline, and enhance overall fitness - all in a supportive, energising environment.
