Ben Fullick, the founder of Hero Martial Arts Schools, discovered a talent for martial arts when he was seven years of age. After being bullied at school for being hearing impaired, his parents thought it would be good to learn martial arts to gain confidence and learn self-defence. Over many years he has gained experience in various different disciplines such as Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Ju Jitsu. One that he is most proud of is his 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwondo.

With over 30 year experience and 16 years in the trade he has created a unique training programme which is designed for both children and adults and has proved to be a huge success in all the schools in the south of the UK.

Ben Fullick’s motto is ‘reaching for the stars’ for the children and ‘be a hero’ for everyone. He truly believes anyone training in Hero Martial Arts will gain many results whether it be increase in flexibility, fitness or even in everyday life such as confidence, motivation and more.
