The Hero Championships is an annual martial arts mega event where competitors of all ages and skill levels can compete for medals and awards. With a diverse variety of events to enter, competitors can demonstrate their knowledge in demonstrations such as hand drills and forms whilst also having the option to show their competitive side in events such as kick challenges and point-based sparring.
